contracts and budgets
The services of Emilio Orduña Flores/architoursmad contracted both verbally and in writing, will only be valid and effective if they have written confirmation (including also by e-mail) from Emilio Orduña Flores/architoursmad. Confirmation implies the closing of the agreement. In the case of providing services for which there was no written confirmation sent due to their nature or scope, the last offer accepted by the client will be taken as confirmation of the service and as closing of the contract. The content of the confirmation is valid as the content of the agreement signed by Emilio Orduña Flores/architoursmad.
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
prices
The prices and availability of Emilio Orduña Flores/architoursmad appear reflected on this website and may be modified without prior notice. The client exempts Emilio Orduña Flores/architoursmad from any responsibility in case of error or discrepancy in the price. Our products may appear on our own website or in any of our distributors in Spain and globally.
Emilio Orduña Flores/architoursmad reserves the right to charge any supplement or fee that is not reflected in the budget, and that is contracted a posteriori, after informing the client.
payment
Emilio Orduña Flores/architoursmad accepts payments by credit and debit card and bank transfers, the management costs of which will be in charge of the payer. Payments can be made directly or through external payment platforms.
Payments will always be made at the time of reservation-closing of contract, always before the starting time of the tours in any of their modalities.
En el caso de tours a medida, el pago se hará al 50% de la aceptación de la oferta-firma del contrato. El 50% restante tendrá que hacerse entre 30 y 15 días antes del día del tour.
If Emilio Orduña Flores/architoursmad does not receive payment or proof of payment that accredits it, before the starting time the day of the tour, the experience is cancelled. Emilio Orduña Flores/architoursmad is exempt from any responsibility for cancellation in the event that the activity has not been paid before the day of the tour.
limitation of liability
Emilio Orduña Flores/architoursmad is not responsible for any personal damage caused to the client, participants, guests or workers during the excursion unless they were caused consciously or by negligence on the part of the team that works with Emilio Orduña Flores/architoursmad.
cancellation policies

On group architours, we reserve the possibility of canceling if there are not at least five reservations. In that case, we will offer you to join another group on an alternative date or we will offer you a 100% refund if you cannot join us on another day. We will notify you at least 48 hours before the tour start time so that you have time to organize your experience with us.
In the event of inclement weather that poses a risk to participants or causes of force majeure, depending on the strength of the rain or wind, on the Gran Vía architour, some rooftops may close or restrict access to some areas for safety reasons. . Whenever possible, we will notify you in advance to find alternatives so that you can enjoy the experience. If it were not possible, we would cancel with a 100% refund.
The visiting hours of some buildings included in the tours may be altered by private events or causes beyond the control of architoursmad. Whenever possible, we will inform you before the tour, we will offer you an alternative to do it another day or in the case of the rooftops, visit others with the same spectacular views of Madrid.
In any case, architoursmad could cancel due to force majeure, understood as any unpredictable circumstance that makes it impossible for Emilio Orduña Flores/architoursmad to comply with the agreement.
cancellation by the client
All cancellations must be in writing and sent to Emilio Orduña Flores/architoursmad by email to info@architoursmad.es. Cancellations sent to any other addresses will not be processed.
Not showing up or arriving late to the tour, in any of the tour types, does not give the right to a refund or exchange for another date, although depending on the time and availability, it will be studied, depending on the causes.
small group tours
Cancellations whose communication has been received at least 7 days before the day of the tour, will receive a 100% refund of the price.
Cancellation received less than 72 hours before the stating time of the tour: they will not receive a refund.
private tours
Cancellations whose communication has been received at least 30 days before the day of the tour will be entitled to a 100% refund of the price.
Cancellation received between 30 days and 15 days before the day of the tour: they will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the price.
Cancellation received between 15 days and 7 days before the day of the tour: they will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the price.
Cancellations less than 7 days before the day of the tour: they will not be entitled to a refund.
tailored tours
Cancellation received a minimum of 30 days before the first day of the tour: they will be entitled to a refund of 90% of the price.
Cancellation received between 30 and 15 days before the day of the tour: they will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the price.
Cancellation received between 15 and 7 days before the day of the tour: they will be entitled to a refund of 25% of the price.
Cancellation received less than 7 days before the day of the tour: they will not be entitled to a refund
All costs of tickets, vehicle rental, transportation, spaces, menus or any other third party costs, unrelated to architoursmad, but included in the offer, will be assumed by the client in their entirety.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These Terms and conditions notice will be interpreted and regulated by the Spanish legislation. Architoursmad and the users accept to resolve controversies that may occur derive of the use and access to the website, in the Courts and Tribunals of user’s home. If the user has its home outside Spain, architoursmad and the user will resolve the controversies in the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid. In the event that the user is domiciled outside of Spain, the Owner and the user submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.
